All about us
Perryfields Day Nursery was established in 1981, and we occupy Redbrick House; a detached corner property with three surrounding gardens. We are a small independent nursery run by Georgia, who has been part of Perryfields since her childhood and took over the running following Dawn’s retirement. We are registered for children from ages 3 months to 5 years, and are open from 7.45am to 5.30pm.
We provide a warm, home from home environment where your child feels happy and secure and is able to grow and develop. Children learn through a vast variety of play and ’hands on’ experiences, and we work alongside parents to help children reach their full potential.
We have a strong ethos of learning through play and experiences, and encourage childrens' natural urge to explore and truly value their love of learning. Our small but passionate staff team extend and support their knowledge through play and our well planned and resourced environment. By providing a happy, caring, homely atmosphere and stimulating environment, children are able to grow in confidence, reach their potential and become independent learners. We believe that parents and carers are an essential factor in supporting a child’s well-being and development, and by working together we can ensure that we make the very best provision for your child.
